Consistency can be hard when the process is challenging. Instead of bringing awareness to how far you might be from mastering a posture, my yoga teaching helps your practice become a moment of joy.

My aim is making you want to come back to the mat, regardless of how big or small your progression has been. In my practice I focus on strengthening the body, releasing tension, while calming the mind and reaching a deep state of relaxation.

All in a mindful, progressive and enjoyable way!

Who is Alice

Certified Teacher

I have a 300hr Teacher training from the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram and many hours of teaching and courses.


I am from a multicultural background and I teach in English, French or Spanish.

Online Yoga

I teach online Yoga classes to be able to teach to people anywhere & help you keep your practice going from where ever you are!

From home

Practice from the comfort of your home! Classes are taught on zoom.

Beginner to intermediate

The level of the class is adapted to newbies or frequent practitioners wanting to learn more.

Group or 1 to 1

Classes take place in groups of max 10 people, or 1 to 1, to adapt to your conditions and needs.

I teach in person classes in Toulouse (France), in groups of max. 10 participants.

Classes are kept small so I can correct your alignment, practice in the safest way & keep it fun! From beginner to intermediate.
