Aim for a consistent yoga practice
Consistency can be hard when the process is challenging. Instead of bringing awareness to how far you might be from mastering a posture, my yoga teaching helps your practice become a moment of joy.
My aim is making you want to come back to the mat, regardless of how big or small your progression has been. In my practice I focus on strengthening the body, releasing tension, while calming the mind and reaching a deep state of relaxation.
All in a mindful, progressive and enjoyable way!
